Raregroove classic from 1976, this 12" version is taken from the bootleg EP "Darker Than Blue Vol 1" infact it was just an an edit that mixed both the A & B sides of the 7" together, there was never an official 12" release, it reminds me of the film Jackie Brown.

  • Who is this by? I know I'm 33, but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE FUNK!

  • @rockmdii Flowers is the groups named, not sure who edited it, came out on a 7" originally in two parts

  • always wanted the 7" but they sell it for like 1500 bucks.

last 2 deals on ebay 1300... then 1500... shiiat

copped this ep so at least i can have it on wax anyway

    thanks

  • @funkyone86 Yeah its never been given a 7" reissue that it really deserves, the bootleg EP this track features on is not a good pressing although its on quite a few compilations as a raregroove classic, Rita Wright - Touch Me is another 7" im after but sells for around £300 that too you can find on a comp called the Wants List

  • @liferasta1 its also on the jazzyb-soul to soul compilation , cant upload it cause its copy-locked

  • @footyclub1 is that this full length edit or just pt 1 of the 7"?
