I am currently taking mines out....three more to go.. my method was somewhat the same but its out and i kept most of my hair...Now I am on the after care...

Did you always retwist your hair or did you ever latch it? I started my locs recently and my plan was to latch twice a year (already done it once) and I was wondering f I decided I wanna restart my set if its possible to get the knots out...

Hey LaBellatrix...thanks for checkin out my video. I in the process of making a video of DC and two strand twist...but I thought I'd answer your question now. I made it point to always Condition my hair while it was loced, so my hair was in good shape after the take out. With in a months time (off and on)...it took me to remove my locs. Keep in mind..I continued to condition my hair during that time. It is time consuming and patience is vital in the removing process.
