@theemusic92 Quicker in that for good wine you normally have to leave it to condition for long periods. The actual process, for just run of the mill homebrew beer vs. run of the mill homebrew wine, though, beer is slightly more complicated in that it can spoil easier if not very carefully monitored through the whole process. There is more attention to detail at the most basic level.
