0.2 seconds to 60, yes its close. M5 is faster, but barely? If an M5 can keep up with a Gallardo stock, an M3 can too? I adore the M3, but you are making it sound like the M5 isn't all that fast. Give credit where it is due. DCT is a masterpiece, no power interruption,but is apples to oranges. Saying an M5 with a less skilled driver would lose everytime? This is backed up by what facts? Unless M5 driver is impaired, he will win.Just put your foot down and let the car do the rest.

dont get your panties in a twist! im just saying that the difference becomes of 0.2 seconds! yes the m5 is faster but barely. a less skilled driver in the m5 and it would lose everytime!

What? I don't care what transmission the M3 has. It sure doesn't make up for a 100 hp difference. This is a mere flyby on an unaware owner.

though you know the difference in acceleration between the two cars is almost negligible when you get the DCT with drive logic transmission on the M3.
