@MegaNewbie100 #3 little. However, my comments are relative and I do not consider an activity that has a very limited syllabus as being useful when there is another much better choice. I do not consider activities that focus on tournaments as being martial arts either, they produce different results and put students at risk. And, I have little respect for people from a martial arts background that sell others an adulterated product when they know better, therefore disrespect is given them.

@MegaNewbie100 #2 others, like Bassai, get cut off in mid stream because they don't know what they are talking about. The vast majority of people practicing "karate" in the west have little idea what it really is and how truly comprehensive, simple and amazing it is. They have allowed others to chart their paths instead of challenging obvious nonsense and in doing so have missed an entire world of a fine martial art. In comparison, the JKA is simply BS. BTW, I use the term useless very see #3
