TheKISMETkay, obviously you have no plastic surgery training at all, the circumvertical pattern many times looks like that after closure, you just have to wait until the skin relaxes and the scar settles down. Not always you can get intraoperatively the closure you want.

the stiches on the outside of the breast are very badyl done, instead of bringing the sking together to halin a natural way, it has been pursed together which will leave a terrible scar!
i must say of all the operations i have seen this has been the worst.
