Fellow workers have photographed some dives from my training.It is photographed three months ago, but only now it was possible to receive this video (has processed and here that has turned out).

Коллеги по работе засняли несколько нырков из моей тренировке.Заснято три месяца назад,но только сейчас удалось получить это видео(обработал и вот что получилось).

  • Thank you, speed the most not important factor - more important slackness in the moment of sliding and powerful impulse during a stroke(so that to outlay less oxygen). If to you comfort to swim 25m for 35-44 seconds so do(as an increase of speed can result in the greater expense of oxygen) that. ;) There are people which 50m pass under water for 31 second!

    But for me it is not comfort speed.I tried to swim quick - turns out worse.

  • Quite nice, better than me. You are very fast about 27 sec per 25meter. I would try at 35-44 sec and I think you make 100+ without any problems. I like your style very much!
