thats exatcly true, it holds no humid in the atmosphere at all, wen i spray the whole tank in 5 min my humid bar goes to 75% - 85% Then 10-15 min after it drops back to 30 % - 40 %
-_- jake i need to know if reptilbark is mite free, moist enviroment is what spawns mites, im already scared as it is having a little piece of wood in my cage, is reptilbark safe?

this video is so good, awesome music, good quality recording and
last but not least, amazing snake shed,
jake i use newspaper for my snake's flooring, weak for maintaing humid, whats the substrate you use fot domine? 110% mite free

yea bro, you really gotta get a better substrate in there for her. Use the Reptibark like i use in all my tanks, this will also help your snake shed, it will use the abrasiveness of the bark to remove its skin, ontop of that you will get a much better constant humidity range which is essential for a jungle carpet python. I Can tell you that the newspaper if anything isnt actually creating or holding any "Humidity" it just gets wet and really doesnt realease that moisture into the atmosphere.

thanks man... its 18x18x24. Hes getting something alot bigger this year. That tank surprizingliy when setup properly has a tremendoes amt of room for a JCP.... I dont reccommend a "Tall" for a Boa or BP.
