Ethel MacDonald (24 February 1909—1 December 1960) was a Glasgow-based Scottish anarchist and activist and, in 1937, during the Spanish Civil War, a propagandist on Barcelona Anarchist radio.

  • I think it should be add that the revolutionary movement in Spain had been going on since 1868. It wasn't something that came out of nothing.

  • Peculiar that they should make a mistake like confusing the year of Hitler's rise to power (1933, not '36).
