  • The point of the conversation is that low rates alone aren't enough to get people to keep over-paying for homes. Prices will come down in spite of low rates. (And since the posting of this video, they have... significantly.)

  • Housing prices going down isn't necessarily a bad thing, is it? Especially when prices are over-inflated. Lower prices means better homes are more affordable to more people.
