Dan is back in action as he takes a roll through their home town of Llanhaeadr, UK with trials rider Danny MacAskill.
The relaxing times allow Dan to get comfortable back on his bike as he reflects on his injury and lessons learned.
The Athertons then head off to the world cup in Fort William for one of the largest downhill mountain biking contests to date.
