A tap out by Rubio went unseen by referee, Cecil Peoples and what transpired was an unjust ending to the fight. See for yourself and decide! That was a tap, but the guy released it way too soon. You shouldn't release it before the ref jumps in. He also found his way out of the fight. He wanted no more.

Love all the comments! This was blatant screw up by the ref, only thing we can say since we were there is that this was the 18th fight in a row he had been ref'ing, since it was not commissioned, they used 1 ref & there was no lighting truss used, so it was dark as hell underneath the tent, we had to gain up our cameras all the way just to expose an image! Regardless, the Tap was right at his feet, we don't know how it went unnoticed! Rubio will be in for war if he has to face Mike again!
