Easy Ranch & Munchy Crunchy Chicken

These were done quite a while. I hope I put in the video how I liked it because I can't remember. I think I loved the munchy crunchy stuff. Not sure on the ranch--I think it didn't have enough flavor for me. If I remember correctly. Ninjajessie1 did it and she loved it a lot. :)

I apologize for not getting to all of your awesome comments and suggestions on the zucchini preparation. Believe me, I am reading them and taking notes!! I have just had the worst weekend ever with switching over work computers, printers and programs not cooperating, etc. etc. So I am trying hard to get caught up with three days of missed work. I'm self-employed, so no working means no money coming in to pay the bills.Yikes! I will, however, answer all your questions when time permits. I appreciate you all. Like Liz said, I get the BEST comments. I truly do!!

Ever thought about putting the ranch in some bread crumbs and doing it like u did the munchy crunchy chicken. I think i might try that but was the ranch salty.

The crunhcy muchy chicken looks really good. Reminds me of a chcken recipe I've got that uses a mix of croutons and Ritz crackers the same way this one uses the stuffing mix. I've also tried a few different ranch coatings and never have been really excited about the outcome.

I always like the way you critique things, with the ranch rating a "feh" and the crunchy getting a "killer." It eliminates guesswork.

I like the stuffing idea as coating. I'm not a big fan of ranch dressing on meat, salads only. I could  probably be persuaded to try it with a dry Italian dressing mix instead however
