i hate it when people like you hate stopzilla. people go to websites that have a rogue copy of stopzilla. have ever tried to go to the official website. my uncle is a computer technician and he trusts stopzilla he even scans it with avast and it says no virus in it. and besides its not antivirus its anti-spyware. >=(

@carlos00abusmrah McAfee is more of a virus than it is help. It has so many falsepositivse (False detections.) If something might seem slightly malicious, it destroys it. Lets say it runs a program which helps you tune up windows by changing settings that are normally too hard to find. Mcafee would most likely remove it. Mcafee is also a resource hog, and doesn't even work that well in the first place.

Why are you idiots PAYING for ANY antivirus software? Microsoft Security Essentials is (and has been since 2009) FREE antivirus software that doesn't have to be "registered", and doesn't display pop-ups that try to get you to pay for anything EVER. You don't need Stopzilla, McAfee, Norton, Avast or any of that paid for crap.

@royalcontrete1 Running multiple antiviruses on the same computer is a terrible idea. One is more than enough. While you may have more scanners around, you also have their real-time protection. That means that the AVs will fight each other and may even detect each other as viruses, leaving your system open for infection. They will also slow down your computer-I've seen it happen w/Norton & PC Doctor. Get rid of all but one and get your money back. Use an internet scanner instead.

Stopzilla is BULLSHIT. I could not find the so-called infections that Stopzilla found in my registry. The infected keys DO NOT EXIST. What a bunch of CRAP

I bought it for $40. and seems to work fine for me. It found two trojans in my system restore. After the hell I went thru with several viruses, I bought several and run them all the time. In my opinion. Buy several. One might miss the other gets. But the most helpful was a guy here on youtube who cleans computers for a living and he saved the day.
