I have never tried Coconut Oil, I have been reading about it and watching videos about it.

I've read/seen the positive changes it is making in people's lives. I know that it doesn't cost much to some but it costs a lot at this time in my life. Enter me if you don't mind :) I personally found out about coconut oil a year ago, and I am never going to go back to other oils. It has literally helped me. My asthema, and odd as this may sound, has vanished, my focus has increased, and my body function has improved a damn near 80% because of it. I love, LOVE to eat it with my protein meals, and butter. Never to high on the fire, it makes a perfect salad dressing, or any souce at that. I prefer inside out, works wonders. And I ran out..LOL..XD

I love coconut oil, I have been making Cho Delight and it rly helps with chocolate cravings. I cook my stir frys and eggs with it, and also use after a shower all over. I just love it. And i love seeing your videos, You encourage me a lot, I have been low carbing for a year & dont plan on ever eatting hi carb again, lost 75lbs so far. This is a lifestyle change not a diet.
