how big is it in inches

The pipe is stainless steal could be purchased from anywhere that sells steel and tube, the smaller is 3inch while the larger is 4inch

where did you get yours because i checked home depot and they dont have any and neither does lowes

Well first thing of note is we live in New Zealand, but generally you need to look up engineering supplies not hardware. You can use PVC (guttering downpipe) but steel is ALOT safer. Somewhere that does car exhausts would probably have thin wall pipe or tube, then get someone too weld and end cap on and your away.
