Yes, thank you for this video! I'm 63, and though I don't do the 73 real well, I can appreciate where I'm going...If not for this video I would give up, but here is a qwoman doing well whast I hope to do better. Thank you for the inspiration.

Sun style tai chi is my favorite tai chi style because it is very efficient in combat. I've been learning it and applying it during sparring against karate-do practitioners, and its very effective.
