They said it took many takes to get it right because Tom was so upset over Reeves death they said the tears were real he then went to Reeves home and spent sometime with the family watchin movies with Reeves in it and such he told friends his best friend and dad just passed

Yes I reacted in the same way really when I learned of Reeve's passing in Oct 2004. He was my hero since childhood. Still hurts but he has forever inspired me in my life and have adopted his motto 'Go Forward" as my life's motto as well. He is greatly missed! I hope to make him proud.

Chris was paralyzed the year i was born and i never even watched a superman movie til after his death but he'll always be a hero to me on and off the big screen

he mad a big impact on my life, outside the movies he was still superman every thing he went on to do prewved one man can make a differnce and i felt i lost someone big in my life.

Tobey Maguire & Tom Welling played 2 brilliant superheros perfectly but i wish the new actors in the reboots luck!

I agree but Henry Cavill has been cast as the new superman which is a shame, Tom Welling would have been perfect form the role, The Past 10 yrs of smallville proved that!

Chris was and will forever be a great inspiration to many including myself. Over 5 years have passed since we lost him and I still can;t really believe he is gone, its so sad!!! Was such a double blow for Dana to die shortly after too, such a cruel world but at least they are together forever in heaven! May they both rest in peace forever!
