  • Grzegorz,

    This is "MY SONG".....

remember how those orchestras played this when Rudy, YOU and I entered the clubs in Nice and Monaco? :-) Merci.

  • Genia, how could I forget it!? You had your watch on your leg, just as 1:41 and that lovely red silken outfit on you, like the one at 2:34!

  • This is the kind of music we dance to in our night club in virtual 1920s Berlin, in 'Second Life'.

    Superb.

  • I tried a few times to get into the Second Life but always was discouraged by the very complicated access into the farther (deeper) layers of that "reality" like entering into clubs, paying the fees, etc.

  • A genuine jewel. Perky and quirky--this really appeals to my secret self.

  • Aren't these old French magazine covers simply stunnig?

  • A good and interesting version, but I think I still prefer Annette Hanshaw's interpretation. Many thanks for uploading a different "take2 on this great tune.

  • Great music to play for the Joan Crawford dance in Dancing Daughters.

  • Thank you so much for posting this... What a great song, and what a great era!... I love that it's a male chorus singing a song written for a woman to sing (Zelma O'Neal, Helen Kane)...

Ah, the '20s... Born too late!

  • Interesting that this version of Bad was being sung by a mens' chorus. And in a couple of years after '29 some of these high livers on the mag covers would probably be singing "I want to be fed."

  • i love this song :)

  • Yes, the artwork on this clip is so wonderfully beautiful.

  • Well, we all know what Mae West said about being bad...
