Yes, I agree, you shouldn't pick her up OFF the floor by the scruff, but it is okay to hold her by the scruff with her ON the floor while you clip. Now she will never submit to that again. I have a cat that will not let me clip her nails. I tried many times to do it and she reacts like your cat. It's not worth the stress for both of us.

Oh my Lord... Please don't pick your cat up by the scruff ever again, it hurts. If you want your cat to get used to getting her nails clipped this is really not the way to go. Be gentle. Start with just holding the paw, touching the toes and nails but not clipping yet. Give your cat a lot of praise and a treat. I'm sure you love your cat, but what you're doing in this video is cruel. Why would you want to display this for the world to see on Youtube?
