Heyy! so this vidoes is to just explain my diet, stay tuned for a video on my supplements, an exercise plan! Take it or leave it, This is how a basic day in how my diet goes. Its been going well, if it can work for me, it can work for you too! What else have you got to loose EXCEPT the weight!!=)

    I don't advise anyone do that, but I've been making videos for a while, so you get to see where I've been, I guess,but I've sophisticated my diet tricks since then and I will be making more videos going into details soon!=)

    Nutritionist said that the 1200 calorie diet would kill me before being 175 lbs would.

  • I know you metioned this in one of our coversations, but I promise if you eat the protein bars, they are really good for you, plus really filling!

  • I eat 1200 calories and I eat a ton of green vegetables, some fishand eggs, heathy fats like olive oil and avocado and a little bit of fruit. Occasionally I will have a small serving of beans. I would starve eating what you eat. Get some real food...not bars.

  • Educate your self nutrition plz! Because a post work-out should have protein and carb . Go find a nutritionist plz :/

  • so wrong!...up your protein and eat on veg,no bread and no grains no dumb shakes or bars.(stop with the boxes and bars)

    eat every 3 hours something small and healthy.lift weights and not so much cardio.

    Lift weights first for say 12 weeks using compound exercises,then start cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. that's it...the body everyone wants,but it takes time and dedication.

  • eat half an hour after exercise it makes your matabelism work faster :)

  • Its great that you're eating within a healthy calorie range but all you're eating is granola and protein bars loaded with sugar. And with the portions being so small, i'm not so sure it's actually satisfying. Instead of eating a protein bar thats around 200 calories, why not eat a small but actual meal? I promise it will be more satisfying :)

  • were's your power foods such as almonds, black beans, spinach, celery, ect...
