i'm happy for you, i'm 51 but becareful oprah lost weight by optifast nothing but liquids for months she looked great when she began to eat food again her weight came back fast all of it. i've found if i eat fruits and veggies for B.F and LCH then dinner i had one tator butter sour cream turkey patty no bread and water i drink all day. i lose weight. 30 min walks 3 to 4 days a wk i can even have half a cup of m&m's

Seriously, I'm on day 2 of the cleanse, and it's been a toughie...but your videos are REALLY helping me stay motivated!! Thank you!! I know your videos are from forever ago, but I hope it helps you to know that they are still inspiring people!! :) Lol. Again, thanks! Also, I TOTALLY agree with you about day 2 being super hard...it's been SUPER annoying...lol. Still going strong though, haven't given in! :)

Liss, is it possible- that the blender thingie (the coily in your cup) is making you taste something metallic? Just thinking that might be what you taste in your mouth. Your skin looks amazing. And your hair, too. You can really see a huge difference.
