Demolishing the diet dictocrats and politically correct nutrition

26th October 2011. The Vine inn, Manchester

This presentation by Philip Ridley, founder member of WAC Manchester, explains how the establishment's own dietary guidelines are causing the problems they claim to solve; that almost everything we are told about food, nutrition and medicine are false, contributing to the epidemics of illness, obesity, learning difficulties, allergies and more.

Our government's dietary guidelines are actively demonising the nutrient dense, traditional foods that kept our ancestors healthy and happy, generation after generation.

Learn about:

Butter, the number one health food

A campaign for real, (raw) milk

Vital role of high cholesterol foods

The importance of the proper preparation of grains

Dangers of modern soy foods and soy infant formula

The conspiracy to promote vegetable oils and hydrogenated fats

Foods that help babies grow up smart and strong

Old fashioned foods that give limitless energy and vibrant health

The unfortunate consequences of modern farming methods for human nutrition

Philip Ridley, London Chapter Leader of the Weston A Price Foundation, explains why you need these foods too. Beginning with a presentation of Dr. Weston Price's unforgettable photographs of healthy traditional peoples, and how those once thriving, self sufficient people and their cultures were destroyed simply by inserting the displacing, processed foods of modern "civilisation". Philip explains the underlying factors in a variety of traditional diets that conferred beauty, strength and complete freedom from disease on so-called primitive populations. Then he presents a step-by-step plan to put nourishing traditional foods--foods that your family will actually eat--back into your diet including easy breakfast cereals, soups, snack foods, high enzyme condiments and soft drinks that are actually good for you!

    Slaughter.

  • I was gutted that I couldn't make it to this talk. There are so many questions I would have liked to of asked, as I have a pretty damaged immune system and am trying to improve my diet to repair it. If anyone knows where I can find raw milk and raw milk products in Ashton-Under-Lyne, I'd love to know. :-)

  • Excellent video guys, very informative.I know a lot of what has been said but still learnt a lot as well.I have convinced all my freinds to dump marg or spreads for real butter.I also eat a lot less bread than I used to.Another guy with great info is Dr Mercola.Thanks.Great post

  • About the soya toxicity ~ In late 1996 I started using soya milk so as to cut out ordinary milk. By early '97 I had developed restless legs syndrome, but because of the gradual onset didn't associate the connection. In spring 2009 I saw some info about soya toxicity (Ian Xel Lungold) and stopped soya milk immediately. Within a couple of days my restless legs was improving. 2 1/2 years later I still have it a little, but very much reduced and am hoping that in time it may remit completely.

  • Excellent and informative piece. It was actually the later stuff about the corporate agenda which validated all this for me. Thanks, off to have some liver for my tea!

  • Really great information..Thanks
