Do you actually know any history? I only ask because you seem to be a phenomenal ignoramus. And that's by Youtube Comments standards. I am frankly amazed that you scraped together the mental wherewithal to use a keyboard, so it's no suprise that you use it to spew such unmitigated rubbish. Go and do some reading into the history of the United Kingdom and that of immigration, and see how that tallies with your moronic, cypto-fascist, "blame other people for our own shortcomings", drivel.

Nationalism has nothing whatsoever to do with "racism". Nationalism is caring about your country and protecting it and your culture from harm.
The UK is not better for the abhorent lie of multiculturalism! It is falling apart whereas before multiculturalism it was arguably the greatest most powerful nation on Earth!
It's realism not rascism! If our culture and nationality wasn't superior why would we have this new-Labour planned influx of ppl!?!? Answer that you eternally disgusted liberal!

I have to say that I am disgusted by the appalling racist idiocy that has been written on this page. This song has no racist connotations whatsoever and like other folk songs is being hijacked by hideous racist bigots. This country is multicultural and all the better for it. The song is about the loss of the English identity but does not blame immigrants for this.

Though I agree with the sentiment, they aren't saying that British people don't reproduce. There can be a balance between the number of people who are born and the number that die which keeps the population the same, so therefore immigration would cause an increase.

Of course, it is likely that birth rates being up and/or death rates down could cause it too, but they aren't denying reproduction...

Being proud of where you come from isn't stupid, and it's basically the same.

We've made a nation of television watching kids who think X-factor is the NEWS. I don't think we can get it back! We need to get back to Roots!

I saw this band last night in Birmingham. May I just say, what a pleasure to watch a true skilled and professional band. Perfect pitch, musicianship etc, etc. If you get the chance see them. This song is about what we are loosing, and it's our fault! WE as parents, should be showing our children the wonders of this amazing country and how we can keep it, but I think we have lost it. Well done Microsoft , Sont and Nintendo. We've made a nation of
