  • This video is a great idea but the audio is not very clear. I'd love to see the video redone with higher audio quality!

  • Apologies for the audio. The initially recording was poor, in part due to the noise that carried on just outside of the meeting room.

  • it's an informative video. I graduated with a BA in sociology but now I am having a hard time finding a job, I really dont know what to look for. I want to go to graduate school for guidance counselor, or career counselor, any suggestions on the types of jobs I should be looking for right now to help me achieve my goal?

  • ^_^ I fell into the first attraction, and slipped into the idealist as my college education progressed. I had a excellent professor in my first class and Its been a beautiful seduction since.

  • @GermanicPrussian - While generally not designed to replicate the specialized training officers receive in police academies, there are sociology departments do offer courses focusing on legal procedure and, more recently, data analysis, which are geared towards honing professional skills. You will also find program tracks that apply sociological frames to broader aspects of law enforcement such as juvenile justice, criminology, and social deviance. Does this help at all?
