it's an informative video. I graduated with a BA in sociology but now I am having a hard time finding a job, I really dont know what to look for. I want to go to graduate school for guidance counselor, or career counselor, any suggestions on the types of jobs I should be looking for right now to help me achieve my goal?

@GermanicPrussian - While generally not designed to replicate the specialized training officers receive in police academies, there are sociology departments do offer courses focusing on legal procedure and, more recently, data analysis, which are geared towards honing professional skills. You will also find program tracks that apply sociological frames to broader aspects of law enforcement such as juvenile justice, criminology, and social deviance. Does this help at all?
