@isurukddd You are partially right, it is a solo by Anima Ji, and there is no Kalyani Ji. The started singing for Kamal Dasgupta only from the next year or 1944, I think.

What a clarity in recording with less technology those days. Those days movies are made with dedication.
So nice and melodious.
Great class in the music those days, which is not there now.
Kamalprasanna Dasgupta was agreat composer. Sad he did not get proper encouragement.
