  • Congrats on your weightloss. Get some chromium. That has really helped me to not crave the sweets and junk. I am able to get ahold of my cravings and eat healthier things and I've never been able to do that before. . I take something called Tri Chromium 500mcg and Its not expensive and it really does help. I take 2 a day. Other than that I take GLA and Chia seeds. But the Chromium really helps to balance your blood sugar levels.
