    Do I have to spell it out?

    A vain and futile attempt to clothe an otherwise empty philosophy in some semblance of scientific credibility by invoking its own written authority.

  • "Science will win because it's useful"

    Religion = spam misleading text

  • @MobeenAftab I'm sorry (believe me, I am) to say this, but the early version of the Quran was written 150 - 300 years after Mohammed's death. The earliest found version had minor differences between modern versions. I realize that you'll object to this due to only learning about Islam from a religious (and therefore biased) perspective, but that's just the truth. I realize it's impossible to disprove God, as it's impossible to prove Him. I'm saying he's either apathetic, or intending harm on us.

  • @cw71017 hi, but the thing, a muslim in saudi will belive the exact same thing that the muslim in egypt, the qurans the same everywhere, it will not change no matter where it is. now you say theres no such thing as right or wrong but you try to disprove god by saying he doesnt prevent wrong from happing so what should god stop? everyone thinks there doing right, but the quran is constant, doesnt change. yes i know about the bible

  • @MobeenAftab Well, that's just the problem. There's no such thing as right or wrong. If you ask people in Saudi what their beliefs are, they'll be different from a muslim in Egypt. Ancient Mayans believed that murder or sacrifice is right. And if you look at the way religions advanced throughout history, you'll come to see how it all seems like mythology. Did you know that originally what the bible said was "The Gods"? Originally, Christianity thought 'Yahweh' had parents.

  • @cw71017 what is right and what is wrong? the germans during ww2 thought they where doing right by killing the jew because of propaganda, so did the christans during slaving africans and they belived it was the right thing to do. alo who cares if jesus is on toast no one knows what he looks like, also the idea of atoms sounds ok but muhammad was voted the most influential man ever by uni profs. the scientific facts he gave couldnt possibly worked back then.

  • @MobeenAftab It's not about inspiration from God, it's about God's actions. If he is the all powerful, there would be no evil. If there is evil, he's not the all powerful. We don't need God, or religion, in order to do good deeds. There are also people who see Jesus in burnt toast, but I don't believe them either. Also, there was a Natural Philosopher named Democritus who came up with the idea of atoms way ahead of his time, he did not get this from God.

  • @cw71017 that works both ways, for the good people, if people do good, who is to say god inspires the? like this one man who has fed millions of poor people in 3rd world countries, yet mant dont even know his name. (i have forgoten his name).there are some modern day miracles/supernatural activites that occur today. like a baby born with the quoran writting on his skin also where then did muhammad (saw) get all the scientific facts from that wasnt even possible to comprehend back then?

  • @MobeenAftab Epicurus, a Greek philosopher who lived in the 4th and 3rd centuries B.C. said:

    "Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.

    Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.

    Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil?

    Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?"

    What he briefly explains is that society having a deity to worship is redundant because it has no effect on earth, on us. You and humans are much more important in life
