The CRX was something like 1800lbs lbs 1800lbs / 8 = 225lbs per person. Just how light is that car? Is anything missing that would be on the version sold to the public. Like the engine and or transmission.

Don't get your panties in a bundle. It's a company that makes these replicas which are marketing tools for manufactures. They are remote control and will fly because they are hallow with foam shells. Don't believe me? Research it. BBC did a whole show on then which is on you tube.

I'd agree on that,a body shell with just trim with subframes and wheels would be plenty light enough to do this,I should imagine the glass was replaced for polycarbonate as combined the glass weighs alot in car.Good ad though. If you had about 25 beefy men you could probably do it for real with a complete car,but ntot for too far though.
