If anyone is having trouble with barr chords, I suggest throwing some MARTIN SILK & STEEL stings on their guitar. They are really soft on your fingers and are easier to press against the frets than any other string ive come acroos. They make it so much easier to get a barr chord to ring out when your learning. Someone gave me the tip and its worked out great. Just wanted to pass it along.

@wallykav1516 same thing happened to me. try moving your finger a little higher or lower and keep practicing. it will fade away with time.
