This review is quite old and pointless, yet it's my most popular video!! :-(
Obviously Iphone 3gs had much smoother UI because it's hardware accelerated and running natively whereas Android 1.5 barely had any UI acceleration and everything was drawn by the CPU, it's also running Java which isn't writing to the hardware but a series of layers, which decreases performance.

The Iphone was my friend, Alex's, and the HTC Magic was my first smart phone. I'm now using a Galaxy S2 after a Nexus One and have never once considered owning an Iphone
