  • @visheshdhillon If you want to study abroad here in the U.S., I can tell you that it takes 8 years of schooling to become a vet if you get accepted in a school. 4 years getting your bacholers, and 4 in vet school.

  • @mi805 You'd usually deal with most common house hold pets, rodents included; ocassionally, livestock. If you feel squimish working with rodents, and other things like reptiles; it might not work out for you. Being a vet takes serious ambition. There are only 28 collages in the U.S.A (I'm assuming you live in the U.S. too?) that teach vets, and only 2,5000 students at most are accepted each year. Having a problem with dealing with rats might not benifit your chances in bing one of the 2,500.

  • @urztruely1 It's called Veterinary assissantant; I think. I am pretty sure it is, but not 100% positive.

  • @itube224 I'm 16, and considering veterinary medicine too. You posted a year ago, do you still feel the same?

  • @urztruely1 You would be considered a Veterinary Assistant or Technician. They look after the animals recovering from surgery, doing lab work, x-rays and looking after their general care. Basically a nurse for animals!

  • i dont no wat i wanna be im sooooooooooooooo confused fashion designer doctor or vet well no 2 fashion obviously

  • hey i have a question. I dont want to operate on the animals, i just want to help them recover by working with them. Would that job still be called a veterinarian or would it be called something else like a type of nurse or something??

  • I'm going to be a vet. That's what I have always wanted and that is what I will do.

  • @iiQuickScop3xx What?
