This video concerns Avegost LARP in Waycross, Georgia. Avegost LARP is the cheapest LARP to attend in the state of Georgia (to the best of our knowledge) and for such a low price you get Elizabethan Theatre acting for Walmart Prices! Other LARPs in Georgia charge $45.00 to $60.00 an event but we reduce our prices to encourage players to spend more on their costuming. Event cost is based entirely on whether you're a new player or an existing one. Suffice to say at its most expensive it is $35.00 for an entire weekend worth of fun if you show up at the door. Less than a concert and it lasts three days! However if you pre-register before a deadline for an event you get in for 10 dollars cheaper! Don't miss this opportunity! Oh and don't forget if you're traveling more than 200 miles to our event your cost is reduced to $25.00 (when pre-regging!) to assist you in paying for gas!

While many of the costumes here are of higher quality this video is from some time in early 2010 when Avegost LARP was not nearly as professional or immersive as it is today. This video was posted to show our players not only how far we've come but how this situation could have been improved by latex weaponry, real rope without counts, and low-key roleplaying (Dogma 99).

@ktvad2 You know, you're exactly right. In fact that is the point of the video. American LARPing is inferior in style to the European style which is now used by Avegost. This video was taken of Avegost long before its European style switch.
