I arrived in Mallorca on holiday on the day of the Rafa v Fed Wimbledon final 2007. I drove straight to Manacor in hope of finding a carnival atmosphere and maybe a packed bar where we could watch with the locals. Instead I found a dusty quiet town. The streets were empty and nowhere was open. It was Sunday so was probably quieter than normal but the locals didn't seem at all concerned about the towns greatest son playing in the biggest final in world tennis.

cool video mate......i'm not a big "star-gazer", but there's something entriguing about how the "great athletes" live........not sure why, but it's entriguing. I've met so many of the "greats", including Federer,Seles,Sampras, Hingis, Kournikova, Navratilova, Clijsters, Hewitt, and many more, and never once asked for an autograph........Just felt kind of weird to do so, beings they're just people who happen to be really good at what I love most. But where they live is fascinating for some rason.

He is a normal bloke who just happens to be great at Tennis, maybe his neighbours respect that he wants a normal life when he is back at home and don't tell all and sundry where he lives. And his mother is a sweetheart. there are plenty of video's posted of her chatting to fans outside hotels etc and being perfectly charming.

Have you ever thought that maybe his family (and the neighbors you "talked" to) value their privacy and to that where he lives is NONE of your business. And because of that, you have to resort to calling his mother nasty names? You're no better than the paparazzi!!!!
