cops dont seem to be wearing body armour?? Guys in shirts definitely arent. what would have happened if the officers had to open fire - look at the shape of their attack on the suspects they were circling them. If they fired there guns they would have shot each other!!! Check out the canons they are using - totally unsuitable for this op.

ok - a fine stat obviously but can you really disagree with me that if they needed to fire on the suspects in that bank - it would have been a bloodbath. Lets assume that they fired and actually hit the suspects - with the canons they were using the rounds would have passed str8 thru the suspects and in to the members and / or hostages on the far side of the bank lobby. Its a v v basic science in fire field awareness.

I'm not saying that you are wrong, the fire arms they are using is the HK mp5 which is a 9mm, not too sure about the round velocity but it can't be much higher than a hand gun, and they use hollow point round which has a far less chance of a threw and threw at any range.

their tactics is one of speed and surprise which leave the suspect confused and overwhelmed.If you look at the video again you will notice that the arresting officers already have the suspects under control when the support officers arrive, thus there would be no chance of a cross fire because the suspects were detained already. With the speed of the arresting officers, the suspect had no time to shoot. so in my view it was a well planned and executed operation
