Have you been able to get the WFS (windows file server/sharing) to work over the local network without software. I know when I had it, I couldn't get it too work unless I had the Pogoplug drive software. It looked like I always needed an internet connection for the dockstar to work too. I returned it. Getting the tonidoplug. Has more features and hackable.
This is good for internet file sharing, dock, and usb hub. It's also easy to set up, but not great to use it locally (no features)
