Rugby charity, Wooden Spoon, works to help socially, mentally and physically disadvantaged children and young people and generates a lot of their funds through staging events and sponsorship. Many people and companies approached by the charity or attending events weren't aware of Spoon's work so in 2003 ENS was briefed to create a film to achieve this. Given the sensitive nature of the children helped by Spoon, along with the fact that the film would be shown at events that were supposed to be fun, ENS recommended adopting an uplifting, joyous approach that would enthuse people rather than make them feel guilty.
