yup. some other stated change though. I've seen 85 limit in some spots in utah highways

yep, i have never seen the 405 that wide open

i dont know how to drive in the freeway, all i knw is how to drive with no hands.

Ahh, gotta love San Diego, big city but without traffic most of the time. Especially the 805.

Most surface streets in U.S. cities have speed limits of anywhere between 25 mph (40 km/h) and 45 mph (72 km/h), depending on road conditions and whether it's a commercial or residential area. The posted limit on most California freeways is 65 m.p.h. (about 105 km/h) with a few stretches of Interstate posted at 70 m.p.h. In reality, most freeway drivers go faster than the posted limit when traffic permits.
