To any new author that plans on creating characters for MUGEN in the future, do yourself a favor, don't you dare turn the Teletubies or Sesame Street into characters or you'll see them in one of my R&C character videos. I also decided to include Suika Ibuki to my team since she's cute and really fun to play with.

This Archiver will enable you to decompress DGC files.
Follow my directions that appear below this to get the download, since the site is in japanese.
#1: Click on DGCA Version 1.10
#2: On the top, you will see two languages, default is Japanese, click on English to translate website
#3: There are 3 versions of DGCA in the .exe extension and 3 versions of DGCA in the .zip extension,
choose either dgca v110e.exe or dgca v110.zip the choice is yours to make.
I choose dgca v110e.exe and you can see that I have no problem using suika. I don't know anything about the .zip extension download, so you should get the one I have.
