there is a guy running his car on water and runs a torch on water as well. you tube search it. the government was supose to do a test on the water fueld hummers in i think desert storm. heard nothing since. i say ban oil rigs in the waters there risk to this planet is emense. hard to sell water ..

@MyFavoriteOil the stuff that comes out reacts with water creating ice like particles that will plug up your device,if they could tap holes along the pipe and suck it before it gets mixed with water that is what o will do
