The plan basically is...: the fed pays 20% of the salary, the employer pays 80% of the salary and at tax time the employee pays back 25% of the salary to the fed . Then bingo you have 10,000,000 jobs that only cost the fed $68,000,000,000.00, less than one tenth what they paid the Banks. However you now have 10,000,000 people with $34,000.00 in spending power to stimulate the economy and the deficit is lowered by 25%.

It took from Andrew Jackson to Bush Jr for the USA to amass the largest deficit the world had ever seen. Bush Jr and his "fiscal conservatives" managed to DOUBLE it in a mere 8 years. They charged Baghdad when they didn't need to instead of managing the country's economy relying on a bubble to prop it up and when the bubble popped declared they were "suspending the free enterprise system to save it." Then this idiot passed off their mess to Obama and went back to Texas to commence drinking.

No this is bull crap. The Bush era is over. Obama loves to say he "inheirited" the debt and many problems, which he did, but yet he is far from making any real strides. Voted for the TAARP money (is that spelled right?) which has put us farther in the hole. The stimulus bill was nothing more than an excuse to waste hundreds of billions of dollars. Obama has shown he is all about government control. The deficit has only gotten greater since Obama took office. Blame bush for obamas decisions? No.

And....at least Pres. Obama is trying to address things as fast as he can, we don't even know the full extent of the damage Bush has done yet. This is not the same as blaming Bush. That can be added later on. This is just discovery as to what hasn't come to the surface yet.

Bush had a plan to get the country so broke that eventually the poor would lose all entitlement programs. It just made the war in Iraq such a money pull and all the patriotism hullabaloo put up the perfect smokescreen. So in that respect Bush does have a legacy and he took the middle class along with the bigger plan of leaving only the rich in a livable position. Workers and Unions be damned and the poor gets to stay poor and die from bad health.
