Find your maximum lean angle in the parking lot before discovering it at highway speeds. This helps build your skill for doing U-turns in confined spaces.
They are big heavy bastards but it's suprising just how flickable they are. I had one for 6 months until the belt went at 29000miles. not good cos it's not like the 400 or 200/250. the belts on those things are a real big job. £480 just for the belt and impossible to get ot without specialist cage equipment. Job would've cost £2500 at least so I scrapped it and bought a Transalp. Shame cos Burg is best touring bike I've ever had. Total comfort for 400 miles. Shame reliabily isn't there yet.
Excellent video, with only one small complaint. Since it is dark, it is hard to determine the rider's body position during the turns--is the rider leaning with the bike, leaning in the opposite direction, or ??
Thank you OhioNets. Well done video showing just what a skilled rider can do with the Suzuki Burgman 650. The Auditory Alarm (center stand scraping noise) that indicates the Burger has reached it's maximum lean angle is GREAT! What a hoot!

Cool! Opposit direction for slow speed. I can make U-turns as tight as he does on my BMW F650GS without scraping the centerstand. LOL

Very nicely done, thanks for showing us the tight turn radius of the 650. (hosejockey982 on BUSA)

I got to learn to practice in parking lots instead of on the road during rush hour. But at least I get my practice.
