Interestingly, they don't tell you how... but I will.

"Just stop" means just that... just stop. Quit your job, stop making money, stop spending, stop consuming, and learn to live with the bare minimum. Yeah, that's what it's going to take. Anything less is fooling yourself. This video is amazing, but it means nothing unless it inspires people to stop working and stop consuming.
