Kamen Rider Climax Heroes OOO [Wii]
1P: OOO VS 2P: W (Memory Change)
Stage: Fūto

Theme: Heisei 2nd Decade; Main Riders; Shared Universe; Custom Forms.

The two latest Heisei Kamen Riders pitted against each other, both having a customizable Form systems. W also has Power Up (Cyclone-Joker Extreme) and Single (Fang-Joker) to choose from, while OOO has only Form Change, as seen in the series before the game's release.

As far as the Form Change goes, I like W's. Only 2 sides with 3 Memories each to choose from, and toggling between them isn't much of a hassle either. In addition, each Memory is distinct enough to make a difference in fighting style and effect in combat. In one word, W is "convenient".

Unfortunately, the star of the game, OOO, isn't quite at that level. He's got 4 Medals for the head and 3 for body and legs each, which makes toggling between them rather hectic, and heavens bless you if you're using the analog stick for that. Unlike W, OOO's Medals make changes to his movepool; except for the Hawk Head which only seems to give a projectile Medajalibur slash.

There are a couple of quirks with OOO I'd like to point out. First of all, his forms don't seem to make a lot of changes to his play-style like W's. Especially GataKiriBa and RaToraTah, both of which are similarly fast and have few differences between. SaGoZo is an entirely different story, mind you; I've addressed it specifically in an early video, so I won't comment on it in length again. Just remember one thing: It's usefully broken. Another quirk is that using the B Combos change his parts into a Full Combo spontaneously, to one matching with either the Body or Legs, depending on D-B or just B. As a result, it makes his real-time Form Change system pretty much pointless.

And of course, the battlefield has be Fūto. Where else?
