evo must not have been modded much. Give me $5000 and ill have it at least 500 hp, hell, you can safely get about 400hp with little more than a boost controller

even if the evo launched hard it would of still lost, the civic was running very low 11's at 19psi and it has ran 10.6 with a little more boost.
