Why do most American boxing fans hate Lewis and Calzaghe. Two of boxing's all time greats. I'm British and they are two of my favourite fighters along with Carl Froch, who will probably go down as another all-time great if he wins the super six series. But, I recognize that there are plenty of all- time great American fighters, Muhammed Ali, Tyson, Sugar Ray Leonard, Evander Holyfield, Floyd Mayweather jr, and they are all up there, you can't rubbish their claims just because of nationality.

@bigmoney749 He was past his prime Mike was not hungry. Lennox is a hall of famer but he fought bums too. He also fought some of the guys Tyson fought. I wish Mike never got locked up. He should of fought Lewis in the early 90's thats when they both was in their prime. Just remember what Tyson did at the age of 19 to 23 no boxer will do in a very very long time. Regardless they are both great.

@bigmoney749 THANK YOU! Tyson apologists drive me fucking nuts. They bitch and wine about how Tyson's skills had already declined by the time he fought Buster Douglas, AS IF THAT'S AN EXCUSE. How the fuck does longevity not count for anything? Lennox boxed until he was 37 and his skills never declined in any noticeable way, and Tyson was "washed up" before age 25, and somehow that doesn't say anything about either fighter? Lennox was focused, intelligent, and mature. Tyson wasn't.
