Mighty Morphin Power Rangers in Space v.2

The Story so far:

The Power Rangers have finally defeated Rita, but unfortunately, the victory is short lived as Lord Zed strikes and strikes hard. He destroys the comand center, along with the Rangers Powers. To add insult to injury, Lord Zed captures Zordon and heads to space.

The Rangers have no choice but to go after him, but leave Tommy behind to protect the earth just in case they fail. Armed with the experimental powers left in the rubble of the Command Center, the rangers make their way into space to rescue Zordon, and save the Earth.

It would have been quite weird if this was the case. But at least it would have allowed for the original Rangers to finish what they started.

Your opinion on that I understand but just the way I saw it is that Billy would've been the tech guy so he'd be the more knowledgable one so that's how he could be Red.

My Mighty Morphin Space Ranger would of been similiar. The Rangers have destroyed Rita and Trini, Zack, and Kimberly decide nows the time to move on. Jason is offered to leave but thinks his destiny still lies leading the team. Billy also feels he still belongs as well. During the Power Transfer, Lord Zedd strikes and your part of the story kicks inn. Kat becomes the Pink Space, Aisha Yellow Space, Billy Black Space, Adam Blue Space, Jason Red Space, and Tommy Silver Space. What do you think?
