Live at The Isle Of Wight Festival 1970. Murray Lerner proceeded to film the entire performance of the Doors, which began at 2 A.M on August 30th with Back Door Man, mechanically passed in review the first two albums and ended with various poetic interpolations in The End. The spectators were 600.000. The band played for over 1 hour, presenting only Ship of Fools from the latest material. Jim was smoking a cigarette after another. "One of the worst shows that I remember," Robby would have said to "Mojo" thirty years later. "Jim felt down because of the process, and sang without conviction. If you listen to him he is not bad, but if you watch the video, he looks overdone. He never goes away from the microphone"
You mean that thise "Break on Though" video is lost 4 ever!!! If you visit mi chanel you can se that video mixed with many clips but the audio of that performance.
