learned this with childhood friends Neil and Rocco. at crespi park circa 1983.you will see alot of people doing flips off swings but not FRONT FLIPS.the ninja days.....

@YellowLegoBrick the worst that will happen is that you land on your back, especially off of a swing, and you land in dirt, not that bad. I've tried standing front flips landed really hard on my back and got back up and tried again. Still scared to try backflips though :(
