  • i see 2 people who need a snake in their basket...

  • @AislinI "It just looks like the poses are not too hard for a ballerina...". That's the sole purpose of ballet; To make it LOOK easy. Ballet is never easy, it's possible. 32 arabesques like this aren't easy, and it does hurt, like vlikmik said.

  • the musical part just after 6:23 is absolutely beautiful... until you cut it :/

  • I saw the Nureyev choreographed La Bayadère. There wasn't a dry eye in the house during the "Kingdom of the Shades", everyone was so moved by how sad, eerie, and beautiful it was.

  • El video esta cortado... Falta un pedazo

  • This is one of my favorites! Beautiful!

  • This geometrical abstract white act is really a contrast and so modern, kind of Balanchine.

  • A beautiful work and we can all be critical of what an exquisite ballet, nothing is perfect in this world and hold the interest of all, but as a ballet lover over many years you don't know the amount of pain and hard work that many dancers have to endure and for some a very short career. What beauty, determination and passion, all to bring enjoyment to the audience, we should feel priviledged that we are seeing ballet as a select few.

  • They are exquisite! the Paris Opera Ballet definitely has the best corps in the world. the first 3 girls were gorgeous! they must be so amazingly strong. their legs never dropped in height... in fact, they had their legs consistently higher up than the rest of the girls.

  • just saying, ballet can ALWAYS be made hard. even if the choreography isn't necessarily difficult, in this case, you can always get your leg that much higher, that much more turned out, your back held up that much higher etc. if it doesn't hurt, then you're not trying hard enough.

  • The most beautiful ballet !
